Very cozy place, you have everything you need! It's spotless and the bathrooms are very modern. I was welcomed with a hand-written note, and the host replied instantly on WhatsApp when I had a quick question. There was even a computer in my room that I could use! This was my second stay at Yellow In and I will be back.

Place and bathroom are clean. Bedroom is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very thoughtful and nice that there is a big wardrobe with mirror, stand up roll away hanger, a study table and a mini fridge in the room😃 2 clean bath towels and 2 bottles of carbonated mineral water are provided. Hand soap at common sink is also provided. Sensor lights along the common walkway within the building is very thoughtful. These are great!
There seems to be a housekeeper on site who is helpful. Perhaps, it would be nice and helpful that his name and photo can be put on the entrance notice board so that hotel guests can identify him.
Owner is very responsive to enquires via Booking.com message. Check in procedure is fairly easy. Perhaps the instruction to register identity via the link could be highlighted and also written in English (it was only received in German) in order not to be overlooked.
The walkway to the building is quite dark, esp at night. It would be better if it's better lit so that it will feel safer (esp for ladies).
No curtains in the bedroom - don't quite understand why there are no curtains. Lack of privacy and can't change in the room as there is a building and residential that are very near to the room windows. In addition, it affects hotel guests' sleep when the surrounding buildings' lights are still on late in the night and when the sunlight comes through the windows in the very early morning.
Carbonated bottled mineral water - perhaps, 1 bottle of still water and 1 bottle of carbonated water instead of 2 carbonated.

I asked for 1 hour earlier. Check in. The person replying was very sarcastic and almost rude in answer.keep ig oring my question and copy pasting rules, etc.
Over night on my stay, I noticed more than half of the rooms are not occupied. I understand net letting g us check in early if it was fully booked.
I arrive 3p minutes before check-in. All the lockers for the keys were open. 20 minutes before 3 pm, the cleaning lady came out. Sat there smoking outside while me and couple of other guest waiting to check in on street.
She was done cleaning she could ha e let us in, but it was obvious she was instructed not to do so. It's not cleaning lady's fault higher up are to blame. Very unfriendly and hostile behaviors. I stayed here before but next time I will stay somewhere else.
