The apartment is amazing. It has almost a 360° view on Malaga. It's in the centre of Malaga, few minutes by walking from Cathedral and Alcazaba. If I ever move to Malaga, would try to buy it.
You can hear noises from the streets even if it's at 10th floor. If it's windy, windows bounce but in general it's one of the best choice in Malaga. Maybe it could be too hot in summer, but the apartment has air conditioning in each room.

Fantastic location and really comfortable apartment equipped with everything one needs. The host was very available and always answered quickly. We were especially happy to be able to enter the apartment a few hours in advance, because the host let us in as soon as it was cleaned.
Given its central location, it was a little noisy. For a lighter sleeper, this may be a problem, but we didn't mind.

Very clean apartment very central to all locations
Our apartment floor 4 apartment c was outside a nightclub that operated 7 days a week to 7 am. The street is narrow with loads of people gathered outside noise was intolerable. We had to buy earplugs to drown out some of the noise. We have stayed in central locations in cities including Malaga this was the worst noose. Bring earplugs
