Location, easy to find. Check in is with the restaurant attached to the hotel. No elevator which wasn't a problem for us, but good to know ahead of time. Shower was a good size!
This isn't a complaint, but more of a suggestion to have a couple of shelves in the shower. Unfortunately, the little cups for espresso were not replenished during our stay. We normally would have requested, but we're busy with a family wedding. Again, not a big deal, just a suggestion.

Towels changed and bed made up almost every day. Air con worked well.
No reception staff, given wrong room number ahead of our visit, had to find an open room (at 1am) and occupy that. Room facing street and noisy, could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Rooms very basic. Need to replace pillows, lumpy.
