Beautiful villa in Tuscany! We stayed at the end of May and the weather was amazing. The pool was open and the water temperature was 23°C. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The four owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. They are happy to explain anything you would like to know and even helped us with our luggage. The accommodation is much more beautiful than in the photos — the estate is huge and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany and only about a 10-minute drive from San Gimignano.
One important thing to know when planning your check-in is that they are not very flexible with arrivals after 7 PM. The place has everything you need, except shampoo. Breakfast and dinner need to be booked a day in advance, or dinner at the latest in the morning. I believe dinner is available only on certain days.

They also offer coffee and croissants in the mornings if you let them know the night before. The family who owns the villa were friendly & helpful.

The location and history of the beautifully restored villa make it very unique. The owners are extremely welcoming and engaging. The dinner was a highlight.
