Amazing location, right on the marina, with spectacular view — especially at sunset! Very convenient for taking the ferries to Capri and to Amalfi and Positano. Also, easy to get the train to Pompeii. The food at the restaurant was really good too.
It takes a bit of effort to get into Sorrento — about 30 mins including walking and timing the train correctly.

Having to get lift up to get train ..very luck it was there but 20 min journey each way to train station where 50c each time you used it.
