The price is what you get, the staff is really friendly. And the rooms are really spacious.
The walls are paper thin, so if you have neighbors, you will listen to every single noise they make. And they will listen to you as well.

Clean, comfortable, we get an additional bed already in room.
That they told me that I must leave the key at the register. Also it was sketchy because the owner said 3 times he is a good person. At the end it was a great stay.

Just for staying one night and getting some sleep — it’s fine.
The room is clean, and the bed linen is fresh and new.
But keep in mind that if you want a private bathroom, you have to pay an extra €20, otherwise you’ll have to use the shared one.
The staff is not friendly.
