O atendimento dos funcionários era ruim não eram acessíveis, não passavam informações Não tinha lixeira na quarto Banheiro com manutenção a desejar A limpeza estava bem ruim O cheiro era forte dentro do quarto Barulho dos outros quartos e ruídos A pia do banheiro estava entupida Não havia áreas para convivência além do quarto, apenas duas cadeiras para quem usava a piscina Não tinha um café de cortesia na recepção
