Golfe-Juan is located by the sea, between Cannes and Antibes. Ideal starting point to discover the region, the hilltop villages, the Esterel massif, the Nice hinterland, the museums of Picasso in Antibes, Renoir in Cagnes-sur-mer ...
The apartment is located in a residence and a large garden and close to the beaches of Juan-les-Pins.
The renovated 2-room apartment (40m²) with terrace (15m²), is located on the 1st floor of a building of 2 levels, with air conditioning and wifi.
You are 5 minutes walk from beaches and shops (organic and traditional supermarkets, bakery, restaurants ...), and 15 minutes walk from the center of the Gulf and the marina, where are many restaurants and cafes brasseries , and the theater Jean Marais.
Private parking in the basement is reserved for you.
Once on site you do not necessarily need a vehicle. Shops and transport are nearby. The Gulf Railway Station is about a 15-minute walk away. Bus stops for the airport or other destinations are nearby.
Back from the beaches and visits, you will be able to benefit from a nice terrace in peace with clear view on garden, orientated south, furnished with living room of relaxation and space meal; and a cozy interior with soothing decor.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with:
-Italian shower.
-Matelas and sommiers quality.
-Equality equipment, washing machine in the apartment.
-Small safe in the room.
You can also enjoy a large landscaped park with century-old palms, an outdoor pool, a tennis court and table tennis. All included in the reservation.
In addition you have the possibility of fitness activities on site (fee).
Not being able to personally receive you, you will be welcomed on the spot and advised by our collaborator Françoise to stay as pleasant as possible. She will give you good advice on the amenities, visits, culture, leisure ...

- Double bed linen (140 x 190), including sheets, 2 pillowcases.
- Single bed linen (80 x 190), including sheets, 1 pillowcase.

Nice spacious apartment with a lovely balcony in a big gated vacation community. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Good kitchen with a nice espresso maker. Rachel and Gilles were very helpful and nice. I recommend this place. Also has a parking spot which was helpful since we rented a car.

The appartement location was really convenient, very safe environment and kids friendly. The appartement is not overlooking the pool area and its not in the main building and main entrance as in the photos, its a different entrance from the back with a garden view. Everything else was great,

Appartement très beau, agreable et propre dans une résidence très bien entretenue, conforme à l'annonce! Nos deux petites de 2 et 5 ans ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et sa pataugeoire, très propre également! La proximité des plages et des commerces est également un gros plus. Vous avez sur ravir petits et grands. ☺ nous recommandons à 100%!

La sympathie des propriétaires, le logement, la climatisation, l'ensemble de la résidence, la piscine, le parking fermé, la proximité de la mer et des commerces, mais aussi la propreté, l'aménagement de l'appartement, le mobilier.. il n'y a absolument rien à redire, c'était impeccable.
