The location of the hotel is directly opposite to the Mosel river.
The hotel feels quite outdated, and our experience at reception was disappointing. When we arrived, there were two receptionists at the desk, and the older European staff member appeared distracted and struggled with the computer. He was not friendly, and when we returned the spa amenities, he even forgot to note that we had returned them.
On a positive note, the Asian staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to help us, which we appreciated.
