Room not what i thought. But repairs being done. Had to ask staff to come work shower as switch to turn from bath to shower was broken.
No tv remote...pillows very flat. Dated furniture. Staff lovely but they need more. One lovely lassie seemed to be everywhere herself.

Breakfast was good. Evening meal limited. Chips with everything and no potatoes on offer. Staff were lovely especially paige and olivia who couldn't have been more helpful.
Evening meals were basic and limited. Pur executive room was flooded so put in a twin but 2 single beds pushed together of diff levels were a bit uncomfortable.

Everything about the Hotel was excellent - it was beautifully clean and the Staff Team are exceptional - they are friendly, helpful, kind and go out of their way for you.

Lovely views, foyer and dining room etc all nicely decorated
I know it’s an older hotel, but the room wallpaper was splitting and the walls had effervescence the hand wash dispenser was empty of soap and we had to go inside shower cubicle to dispense soap to wash hands, couldn’t open windows they were screwed shut, very low on staff numbers, the staff were overworked I felt, you had to wait on everything, same person serving drinks, then came to check you in, although the staff were very good, just overworked, parking very confusing, when you drive in you think you are being charged, signs everywhere saying parking charges, then you key in your reg to get free parking and sign a form to give you 24 hr free this should be made clear on booking and the arrival signs
