We were very lucky.
They didn't find our reservation. But immediately upgraded us to their other hotel opposite, brand new and on the beach.
Nicer, bigger room, overlooking the sea. Very kind staff. And got different bonuses.

Didn't use hot tub on patio as it was full of sand from previous use and not attended too during stay regarding cleansing, water checks ect

Fantastic Hotel. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sun. Then this place is exactly that.
I travelled with my daughter and asked for the sofa bed to be made up. The best place for this piece of furniture is in the bin. The most uncomfortable nights sleep I’ve had for a long time.
