Die Lage ist ideal, mitten im Ort. Geschäfte, Lokale, Therme, Bergbahn und Busplatz sind fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz gehört zu jeder Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist freundlich und einladend gestaltet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Ein Schuhputzautomat steht im Eingangsbereich zur Verfügung, so sind die Wanderschuhe gleich wieder fit für die nächste Tour. Die Gastgebenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Fahrstuhl erleichtert den Gepäcktransport in die oberen Etagen. Der Zugang zur Therme in Bad Hofgastein ist inklusive.
