The room is big enough for 2 persons, it was clean, quiet (although you could easily hear the street noise), it has the necessary facilities as described in the hotel description. It has a refrigerator which is perfect when it is hot outside.
There is no cooling system in any of the rooms. There was a fan in the room, but not helping given the fact that the air outside was very hot.

location was good for getting into central paris easily, facilities were decent, i liked having a microwave and fridge in my room. bed was comfy. the staff were friendly. had no issues with hot water, plenty of storage in the room. i thought it was a really good price.
there was no air conditioning which was quite unbearable on a 35 degree day, and although the weather isn’t their fault of course, i would think twice about staying here again in the height of summer. there was a plug socket hanging out under my bed with dangerous wires exposed. while the room was functional it had a few mystery marks / stains on the wall etc so would benefit from a touch up. the shower cubicle was cramped - and i’m quite short and thin so i think a larger person might struggle with it.

Special thank you to the cleaning staff who did a great job preparing my room! I had asked for a hair dryer and adapter plugs and they were in my room perfectly ready for my stay. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and efficient.
There is a horrible smell in the bathroom. You really can't stay in the bathroom more than a few minutes before you need to get out to fresher air. Seems to be a serious chronic problem with the plumbing / sewage system.
