The location, the style and decoration, the very good breakfast, the cleanness, the kindness of the staff, the coziness, the size of the room, the view, the lift
The noise from other guests could be all heard through the walls. No sound insulation.
There was no fridge or coffee/tea facilities in the room

Perfect location, excellent value for money, very friendly staff who speak English, very clean, very comfortable beds, good food in the restaurant also!
Soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, but wasn't terrible either. That's only a minor issue though, everything else was excellent.

Central location close to the train and bus station. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for...
The receptionist on arrival was rude and unhelpful. Hotel interior is very dated. No air conditioning and noisy fans from the neighbouring buildings with the windows open meant it was difficult to sleep during a hot summer night. Basic breakfast.
