We were happy with every aspect. Staff were warm and welcoming, good facilities and location. Nice extra touch of activity pack for children, although suspect this was because it was Easter

Staff were very pleasant, Breakfast was very good. Beds very comfortable.
Rooms could do with a bit more storage. Very little hanging space and absolutely nowhere to unpack other clothing. Lived out of suitcase. Shower cubicle could have been quite dangerous, particularly for older people. You had to step up into the shower and there was a big lip to step over as well. No glasses provided in the room. Hotel also quite difficult to find.
