Staff and hotel was excellent. Loved the axe throwing next door!
The only downside for me, personally, was that if you wanted to have a drink in the swimming pool area you had to go through the gym, to the main bar area in the hotel (in a towel!)

Clean and lovely staff
Near a very busy road could hear traffic in the night. Also a funny drain smell in bathroom. People shouting outside at 3am walking their dog.

Staff were pleasant, Housekeeping ladies were lovely and helpful
Restaurant was cold and we were diverted to the Bar first day, Gluten free options were very limited and delivery's for the main options were arriving on the Monday after our checkout. Second day breakfast hair in food. Heating in room was intermittent and road noise was very loud so don't stay in the rooms at the front of the hotel. Take your own robes, the hotel doesn't supply unless your booking an expensive Spa treatment package
