Great staff when we checked in!

Very easy to find by car. I believe it even easier if coming from the Train station as it is very close to it. (We never heard any trains). Room 502 was at the back of the property and very quiet. The staff, especially Quentin, were welcoming and very supportive. Top marks!!! Parking an Octavia Estate was possible in the garage complex thru the very narrow doors at the hotel front (BOOK your reservation for a parking space-only 10- despite the information saying you can’t. Breakfast was fine although one coffee machine is nowhere near enough as queues form easily.

Best not to eat the hotel’s dinners!! Not realising we had to book a car parking spot before arrival. Fortunately, Quentin solved it for both days. BOOK your after booking the accommodation directly with the hotel. Don’t bother if your is a high SUV or have a roof box. There is a local public CP

Nothing it was perfect

The room was cozy and comfortable, the beds were very comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was also excellent while it’s not directly in the city center, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the main tram hub, making it very convenient to get around.

The room lacked a mini bar fridge and an in-room safe, which was a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities were quite limited, and I had to request a refill on the same day I arrived. There was also no kettle in the room; although guests can freely use the coffee machine in the lobby, the coffee itself was quite weak and tasteless I had to add three extra espresso shots just to get a proper coffee flavor.
