nice cottage renovated in 2014, week weekend midweek or you will have outside, a terrace of 45m2 with garden furniture teak + barbecue and a walled garden of 800m2. Ground floor kitchen with a living room, lounge with TNT, separate toilet and bathroom with shower and a bedroom (double bed 160 * 200) .et 2 ch 1 double bed (160 * 200) and 2 single beds (90 * 200) ) independent toilet and bathroom with bathtub. the cottage trestraou is located in the heart of the pink granite coast just 200m from the trestraou beach and 2 steps from the footpath and spa near trégastel, pleumeur bodou, trébeurden, lannion.

A wonderful region and a holiday cottages which offers everything what one desires for a relaxing time off. We really enjoyed our three weeks in Perros-Guirec.

Arrival and entry details all 100%. Continued contact throughout stay. Well equipped. Short distance from Trestaou beach. However for anyone with limited walking ability there is an extremely steep hill to/from beach and needs a car for access. Ok if fit and active! Good position for seeing the Granite Coast. Ile Renote worth a visit and also boat trip to Les Sept Iles. Spectacular to see colony of gannets - visited early June.Wi-Fi was a problem with bad connections but helped by host. Thank you. Enjoyed stay - all 5*

The property is modern, well furnished, very clean and was great for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The location is fabulous with just a 5min walk to the sentier des douaniers, Trestraou beach, boat trip to les 7 Iles, convenience store etc... We also enjoyed the table outside. The owners were also very kind to allow me to charge my hybrid car at cost, this was much appreciated.
Very minor details which could be improved:
- It would be good to show on Vrbo website that a 300 Euros deposit is required on arrival as we hadn't planned cash.
- It would also be good to make it clear on the website that cleaning is not provided, the ownder do offer cleaning at extra cost. Perhaps I missed this but this was not obvious on the website or confirmation.
- Towels are not included
Thank you again, we would definitely recommend this property, we had a wonderful holiday.
