This hotel is absolutely perfect and truly one of my favorites I have ever stayed in. Everything—from the kindness of the staff (big thanks to Max, Deli and Luca, they were wonderful) to the beauty of the surroundings and the cozy atmosphere—was exceptional. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could find something to complain about here.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The kind receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded, and the suite we stayed in was simply incredible.
The spa is beautiful and very relaxing, and my boyfriend especially loved the gym. Breakfast was amazing, with high-quality ingredients; the organic eggs made a particularly great impression. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious.
The activities offered—such as the cinema, golf, yoga, and the elegant bar with live music—are wonderful, and the views from the hotel are stunning.
What else can I say? We simply didn’t want to leave, and we will 100% be back next year.

Very kid friendly resort for skiing. Not ski in, but shuttle service works perfectly! Staff very friendly.

The staff was super kind, especially at the breakfast and evening service! Ferenc, who was responsible for our luggage and our car was an absolute gem and did an exceptional job!
The Spa was overcrowded and not well organised, in terms of spa-beds, towels - overall very chaotic. Same goes for the breakfast, which was ok, but lacks in quality regional products. The dinner was hit or miss. We also had a mediocre experience at arrival, we were given the wrong room, costing us an hour of our time back and forth, which was unpleasant.
