About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to the little Chalet in the beautiful Oregon woods! This charming private guest house on 4 acres is just 2 miles from downtown Grants Pass and 3 minutes from grocery stores and shopping yet you feel as if you are out in the country far removed from anything and everything.
The guest house is up the hill about a hundred feet from the Owners home and is designed to be private.
Nestled against the base of one of the foothills surrounding our beautiful valley you truly feel peace and quiet while observing nature.
Quiet cozy guest chalet is newly built and equipped for a relaxing comfortable stay ideally for couples or small families.
The chalet is built up the hillside so features 2 levels of 3 to 4 steps up to the next level.
Main floor is living room/sleeping space with queen sleeper sofa with extra pillow topper for added comfort. Also has comfy rocker chairs. *New* Living room now has electric fireplace for cozy evenings.
Second level is kitchen and sleeping loft access. Kitchen has 2 burner stove top, and Cuisinart air fryer/ baker/ toaster/roaster. Fully equipped with dish washer and fridge and coffee maker. Pots pans, utensils all provided.
Third level has King bed in the master with the full bathroom on the same landing.
Both beds are protected with mattress protectors.
There is a sleeping loft that is carpeted and has a super twin sleeping floor futon with sheets, blankets, sleeping bags and pillows. Look in the steamer trunk for bedding supplies.
Deck has outside sitting space under a gazebo.
Spa towels and outdoor blankets for chilly weather are provided.
T.V. Is internet based via satellite. Samsung TV network is provided and works great. There is also a DVD player and some movies provided. There are also a couple of red box movie rental machines nearby.
Prepare to unplug and enjoy nature!
Note: AT& T does not work well in this area. All others seem to work fine.
There is a seasonal creek the runs the length of the lower end of the property. It usually runs late October thru mid June and is dry in the summer.
Wildlife you will see are Gray Squirrels, a variety of birds including woodpeckers, swallows and a pair of Red Tail Hawks that have a nest up the hill. You will also likely see deer, wild turkeys, Jack Rabbits and occasionally a herd of Elk moves around the area.

Gorgeous chalet with lovely fixtures, wood floors, cozy hot tub with complimentary bath robes, well appointed kitchen. The shower is deliciously large. Bed capacious with super comfy comforters. Everything is meticulously clean, fresh, new. I want to go back asap. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location is easy to find and close to amenities while also being private with luscious views. The chalet itself is gorgeous, so well laid out, and has everything you need. Its beautiful with lots of light. The hosts home is close by but you'd never know they're there. This was everything we were looking for and more. We will absolutely be returning again!
