We have stayed here prior to the recent refurbishment, so know the property & location very well. The rooms are so much more comfortable since the upgrades. Firm beds, great shower & aircon, & daily cleaning with fresh towels. All staff were very nice & incredibly accommodating. Location is very central, near to transport links & within a few minutes walk of La Carihuela. Nice bars & good takeaways on the doorstep.
As others have said the Wi-Fi is somewhat inconsistent, but not too bad in all honesty.
You can also hear every sound from other rooms as everyone is in close proximity within the courtyard.
Our only real disruption during our stay was from other guests. In particular, one Dutch 'gentleman' who shouted & argued with his wife into the small hours for several nights in a row. He could be heard hitting her & throwing furniture about. I would say that this is certainly not the hotels fault & as he shut up after about the third night, I assume that he had been spoken to by the management. Of course, our stay was during the Dutch party week, so is not the norm.

The location was nice, room was new.
No natural light in the room.The only source was the balcony door but because it was on the ground floor, you couldn't keep it open due to people passing by all the time.No towel hangers, bad light in the bathroom, Room floor was not clean when we arrived.
