Excellent value. Excellent location, across from the train station on one side, and near the entrance to the Old City on the other side. A basic old small hotel, but very comfortable and clean. Nice historic atmosphere and the decor related to the local Baltic Sea themes. I greatly enjoyed my stay here (5 nights).
The walls are not very thick, and on one night the people in the room next to mine were shouting loudly until well after midnight, so I couldn't sleep. On the other four nights it was fine.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Excellent location, clean room, and they accommodated my late check in request which was very appreciated!

I liked that the hotel was very central. Easy access to the city as well as public transport. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. All for a very acceptable price. I liked this hotel, and if I come back to Lübeck I will nost likely visit here again.
