The hotel is very beautiful. The Swiss style of the hotel and the interior design as well as the location and the atmosphere are excellent.
The staff were very friendly and the room service was also very good.
The breakfast was excellent. We had also dinner in the hotel which is of top service, excellent food and quality, good drinks and varieties of choices.
- The room’s temperature wasn’t regulated and it was always warm. We reduced the heating regulator but it was still very warm specially during the nights so we had to leave the window slightly open (we travelled in January).
- The other negative point was that the smell of the cookings in the kitchen and fireplace came up in our room which was absolutely not pleasant. We couldn’t leave the window in the balcony open because the smell would be more intensive.
We had a beautiful room and a balcony with the view to the mountain but it was unfortunate that we couldn’t have a pleasant and relaxed stay either in the days or nights. In addition to these mentioned problems, the noises outside the room were also disturbing for ex. if somebody closed a door loud, or noises in a late night up in the bar/restaurant.
