The hotel is close to the train station as well as to the city centre. The employees are very kind. The room had comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

What a wonderful hotel. I received a room upgrade with my booking.com points and what an upgrade! This hotel made me feel like royalty! The room and decor was gorgeous, everything was so comfortable and there was lots of storage space. Everything in the hotel, the foyer, hallways, food hall, looked deluxe, clean and modern. I practically lived in the sauna which really made my stay! The location couldn't have been better, there was a main tram link literally outside the doors to the hotel which you can jump on for free since Geneva kindly give out free travel cards to hotel stayers. It made everything I wanted to do in Geneva so simple! Links to main attractions and to and from the airport was seamless. I had the best meal of my life at one of the sister hotels where I received a complimentary drink and bite. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options and very clean and well organised. 10/10 stay, I didn't want to leave!

Good location pleasant staff good bar and reception
The noise from the street went on all night people shouting traffic emergency services making it impossible to sleep!
The bathroom was very poor a tiny bath with no room to stand under a small shower and an inadequate shower screen meaning the water went everywhere!
