Obermühle 4*S Boutique Resort

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond to make me feel special. Their thoughtful gestures and attention to detail really made the celebration unforgettable. The spa and wellness facilities are fantastic - clean, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. It was the ideal place to unwind and treat myself. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional and has definitely set a new personal benchmark for what great service should be. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a Norma supermarket just a minute away. Everything you need is within easy reach. This hotel is perfect for celebrating special occasions, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent hotel with everything a family needs for a vacation. Parking is in the hotel garage, and it’s easy and convenient to get to your car. The breakfast selection is very wide, and everyone can find something - I especially recommend their breakfast muesli. During our stay, there was also a wide choice of snacks and light meals for lunch. Dinner is a real experience: great food served course by course, and if you're still hungry, you can help yourself at the cheese buffet with a wide variety of cheeses from all around the world. If you're with kids, you won’t miss the playroom, where you can find soccer, pool, air hockey, and some arcade games. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Pillows are very comfy - I always used to have problems with them in another hotels, but those fit me great - not big not small, just right enough. Staff is exceptional - they're always smiling, happy to help and to make your visit even better. The location could be better, but it’s not bad - if you want to ski, the best way is to take the hotel shuttle bus. GaPa downtown is about a 10–15 minute walk away. Riesersee is highly recommended for a light trip with kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Obermühle 4*S Boutique Resort and could not fault it. The food was a real highlight, with a generous buffet breakfast and lunch, and an excellent dinner all included in our stay. The staff were consistently warm, friendly and very helpful, which made the experience feel genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with outstanding swimming pools, sauna and spa facilities. The massage was exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our time there. The complimentary shuttle service into town or up to the ski lifts was also extremely convenient and well organised.

We liked everything about this hotel.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, beautiful balcony view, heated floors, perfect bathroom, coffee in room, and meals were delicious! Wonderful staff!

Outdoor pool couldn’t be used by my mature teenager with me, only 18+…kinda a bummer. Indoor jacuzzi not very warm water and crowded with kids swimming with masks.
