Der Empfang war sehr nett und professionel. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Schwimmbad war sehr schmutzig. Hier braucht es eine Grundreinigung. Die Fliesen und die Poolgitter waren gelblich bis braun, auch der Bereich um die Säulen in den Kaskaden. Das Wasser hat unangenehm gerochen und es schwamm ein Fettfilm auf der Oberfläche. Leider kein Badevergnügen.
Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück hat sehr ernst und unmotiviert gewirkt. Es war nicht angenehm für den Start in den Tag.

Große Auswahl am Buffet.
Viele Aktivitäten für die Kinder.
Tolle Aussicht von der Restaurantterasse.
Beim Frühstück gab es manchmal keine Teller, Schüsseln, Brotkörbe, Wurst, Käse… und einige andere Dinge die 9 Uhr alle waren.
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.
