Good value for money. Access to ski boot room was great.
Clean and really helpful staff when needed.
Took a few calls to be able to access the hotel at 2am, which was tiring.
Kitchen tap exploded and burnt one of our friends faces, thankfully fixed the next morning when staff were back in.

Great location. Good access to the slopes. Friendly staff. Convenient for ski hire shop and bakery. Excellent pizza take away next door. Overall good value for the cost.
Listed telephone number not answered on late arrival. Sending information about key lock box and code in advance would have been appreciated and would have avoided the need to phone up. Apartment a little tired looking but honestly for the money it was good value and well equipped.

The location was incredible. One of the best in Val Claret. The price was also great for Val Claret. I read the reviews and nearly cancelled, but honestly it was fine. The apartment is very basic, and the beds are not luxurious, but it is totally fine, it was adequately clean and comfortable.
Our apartment didn't have the best view, and not much light so request a good one! The bed wasn't good at being a sofa or a bed. The plugs were located at the weirdest places, e.g. we had to put the kettle on the floor! It's all a bit tired and dated. But I want to be clear: I had a great week: I was there to ski not to hang out in a shoe box sized apartment!
