About this house rental
I have a loft in this triplex. In total around 500 square footage, with full kitchen (sink, stove&oven, fridge), three pieces bathroom, and two beds (one queen one double).
This place is a open-concept loft. It can comfortably host up to four guests. Children between 4 - 16 are welcome. Parking included. Coin-operated laundry facility included in the building.
There are stairs in the suite. Self check-in with a code to the keypad. Located 5 mins drive to downtown and 5 mins drive to Uvic.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

The apartment is more run down than photos suggest. It is spacious and a good size for 2-3 in one room. It got hot in the afternoon. Owner quickly responded by providing another fan. Kitchen has modest supplies. Laundry is 4 for a load.

The apartment met our needs, nothing fancy but clean. Could use some updating, shower was great. Need a green waste pail and a recycling bin in kitchen.
We were not happy with the chairs and they were replaced when we requested them the same day! Thanks!
