Location was excellent for exploring the fairy chimneys and the castle, within walking distance of the hotel.
We weren’t able to see the balloons while we were as they weren’t able to fly due to the wind but I would imagine that the view from the rooftop terrace would be amazing.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooftop terrace was in a bad state of repair and nothing like what the pictures portray.
There was a sign saying don’t go too near the edge, which was very advisable due to the condition.
Felt that the overall condition of the hotel needed some renovation as it all seemed a bit tired.

Wifi and GSM facilities are very poor, the coverage is available across the hotel premises and outside 300 metres, but the reception of wifi is not available within the rooms.

It was an amazing stay the location and the view from our room with bathtub was stunning 🤩 the staffs were so helpful and nice breakfast was delicious overall it was amazing
Housekeeping is not daily unless you requested, bathrobe and room slipper and other toiletries were upon request, swimming pool are just for display(not working)

Breakfast was good.
We were traveling by car so staying in Uchishar was not the problem for us because in 5-7 minutes we were in Goreme where are all the main restaurants and entertaining places.
The hotel has a good terrace with a good view.
HK is the only minus for the hotel. They are very unattantive. Terrace needs to be paid more attantion. When we checked in it was not clean and during our stay (5 days) no one cleaned it.
The room daily also was not cleaned properly. They do not use vacuum cleaner and do not take off the trash...
