Property is well presented, clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and offer to go above and beyond where applicable. I had a premium room for a free upgrade which was massive with a lovely clean bathroom and a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast had a lot of choice of hot and continental food.
The parking out the front is for drop off only, there is another car park behind the hotel - this is a a minute or two's walk away from the hotel. With the balconies, people next door were using there's late into the evening and you can hear them speaking quite a lot

Spacious and well appointed room
Very good shower
Comfortable bed.
Stayed in a Club Room with nice view of the River Thames.
Quiet
Dinner menu - Indian only - bizarre. Booked dinner b & b otherwise would have gone across the road to the pub. I don’t mind a curry but not 2 nights in a row.
No wardrobe space to hang clothes.
Hotel car park too far away
Car chargers located on a shared access road with other businesses who blocked the chargers with ICE cars.
Hotel wi-fi stopped working 2nd night of two night stay. Annoying as I had work to do.

The room was large and it overlooked the river. Dinner and breakfast were both good, although I had to push for the £16 rate for breakfast as quoted on Booking.Com - they tried to charge me £18..
I thought that there was a smell on the floor where my room was, and it did not look clean when using the stairs. I was not told about the extra charge of £10 for parking when I checked in. It would be much better to include this in the room rate. With the hotel's location, most guests would use a car.
