All the staff were very friendly, and Anna in particular was exceptionally kind and helpful.
We traveled by car, and the parking was both safe and free, which made our stay even more convenient.
For London lovers who prefer to explore the city by car, this is definitely the perfect place to stay.

Nice bar with outside area for smoking . Staff were very friendly and free parking is a bonus .

The toilet inside the room
It is not clean and our mattress is not comfortable they have never clean the room for the whole week I think they are understaffed.
