Perfect location, in the centre of Bridlington, close to Bridlington Spa. The owner was very friendly and really helpful and arranged our parking permit for us. Lovely cosy room with and a good nights sleep. Great place, good value and would definitely stay again.

The shower on the first floor was difficult to navigate, was freezing then super hot.
