The suite was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I loved the two balconies! The price was very reasonable for the high standard and great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — I’ll definitely be coming back next year!

absolutely zero kitchen appliencies, like pots, pans, etc, which is strange when you offer full kitchen

Location was convenient for us, close to the International Trade Fair Plovdiv (walking distance). Self check in was easy, communication with the owner was ok regarding the check in.
The rooms we received were very old, beds as well were not very comfortable. The pictures displayed on Booking.com were much better looking compared with the reality on the ground, the bathroom door was hard to close and I was left with the doorknob in my hand. We asked to change the room with a better maintained one, but we were asked for an extra fee to "upgrade".
