Locational was great and the staff were very friendly. The bed was nice and firm.

Breakfast was fine. Location was great, quiet, with lovely garden and no street noise. Walkable to train station and promenade. Staff very friendly and helpful with local information.
The shower. It’s in a bathtub with no enclosure or curtain at all so the room gets very wet. The placement of the shower head to the wall is awkward and makes spray worse. It is very slippery and there is nothing to grasp to get in and out of the tub. We asked for a rubber mat and one was provided. It’s still difficult to use safely.

Location is so close to everything we needed.
- No kettle in the room - by the time I asked for one it was on our last night but you still need to asked for tea,coffee and milk.
- toiletries needs improvement- only soup for washing hands in the sink and JUST shampoo in the shower. No body wash nor conditioner that we have to buy these outside.

Location is central and is in a quiet area.
The outside area is nice to eat breakfast
Breakfast was very basic. Had to make your own orange juice using the squeeze machine.
The bathroom in our room had a bath with a shower head but no shower curtain so the shower couldn't be used
