The breakfast was great, staffs and the owner very friendly and helped us with what we need , location is great 10 min walk from bus station but there is a free shuttle to from bus terminal
Cleaning people didn’t change our towels we used same towels for 3 days. I put my towel in the floor so it can be change it went back on the hanging rack

This was a great find! It is about a 7 minute walk from the center of town, and there had been a lot of snow when I visited, so the setting was beautiful. It is close to the Gemmi telecabin and only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to the Torrent telecabin. When I arrived, the staff provided me with a card which allowed me to use the bus for free and to get a discount for the thermal baths, which was great. There is also a ski room provided below the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was nice, with many options. My room was large and warm, with lots of storage. There was also a clothes drying rack, which is often missing and so underrated, especially after having spent all day in the snow in wet clothes! When I was skiing, the staff refreshed and tidied the room, which was a nice thing to come back to. I would come back!

Generally speaking, prices are too expensive for a 3 star, but you can't find anything lower than 250/300 chf per day in Leukerbad.
