The hotel is situated only 2 minutes walk from the railway station (and all under cover), from where there are frequent services to the Copenhagen. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is served from 06.00 on weekdays (07.00 at weekends).
The 'plug' in the washbasin in the bath room of the room I was first allocated was stuck in the down position (there was a lever to raise it but it had become disconnected), however they did immediately swap the room for another.
The food at breakfast was rather variable - the cold buffet was fine but the juice tasted artificial. Worse, though, was the hot breakfast - the bacon was overcooked to the extent that it simply splintered when you tried to put a fork in it while the scrambled egg appeared not to have been made from fresh eggs.

it was lovely to understand Danish standards & the very relaxed attitude to most things this is very different from
Greece where i live & very refreshing
We really liked the beautiful water that just flows from the taps, just amazing... the little things are always the big things
no fridge in the room, but was told this is very common for Danish hotels, so we worked around it

There was no proper reading desk in the room. It was too high at the head of the bed

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the bathroom was modern and a good size.
The room had no air conditioning and as we arrived on a very hot day it was hot and stuffy. Even with the windows open there was no air coming in. We were provided with a second fan which made little difference. We also asked for a quite room but were given one at the front and we could hear noise from the road below and seagulls making a noise nearby.
