About this apartment rental
Our apartment is a modern 2-bedroom residence in Kalamaki just 20 meters from the beach. It comfortably fits 4 people, has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sea view!
The fully air-conditioned house is ideally located just 20 meters away from the beach and 5 kms from the city centre of Chania. It is the perfect starting point for excursions, with pas it is conveniently positioned on the coastal road leading out of town to the many top destinations of Western Crete.?You will find a cosy living room with satellite TV, a dvd player, a mini HiFi and sea view, 2 relaxing bedrooms with extra-comfortable double beds, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettler, iron), a washing machine and a wired and wireless internet connection to stay in touch with the world.
Freshly renovated just this year, it is an exuberant mix of colorful motifs and collected items bringing rich personality to this artfully conceived summer house.
The decorator has emulated the eclectic style and has chosen furniture and decorative objects with different character but in a natural color way. The blue colors and fabrics with stripes were chosen to emphasize the summer feeling. Despite the many styles and colors this home never feels anything but harmonious.
You will find a grocery store, bakery, mini-market and butcher on the main road right near the house. Greek traditional restaurants are also located a few minutes away from my apartment. You can walk seaside to a wonderful park and enjoy the sunset. There is bus service every 20 minutes and the bus stop is just a few meters away from the house.
A map of the area is provided, a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. I can also arrange car rental and optional pickup from the airport.
Fresh linen and towels, beach towels as well as a welcome basket are waiting for you upon arrival.

We had an amazing stay! The host Maria responded immediately to all questions. There is a must read booklet of recommended beaches and restaurants which is very helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough. The property is perfect and the location is great. There is a small beach right across the road which is great for late afternoon and evening swimming! Elafonisi Falassarna and Balos beaches are only 1 to 1.5 hours away. We absolutely loved our stay here. I would sit on the balcony with a coffee or a glass of wine and listen to the waves every night to relax. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay perfect. Again I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s perfect!

Tha flat is really very nice, comfortable and clean. All we needed for our stay was there (coffee, delicious oil, vinegar...). Moreover, there was a welcome basket and delicious meal for the first evening. The owner is very hospitably and very kind. The view to the sea is very nice, the beach is very near. The only disadvantage for us was the noisy street in front of the house which was strongly frequented.
