The 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the garden floor of a villa in a prime location above the Elberadweg in one of the most beautiful districts of Dresden in Loschwitz and not far from the center of Dresden.
The bathroom has a shower, the living-dining area is new and modern with dining table, chairs, flat screen TV, & large sofa bed comfortably furnished. In the bedroom is a, wardrobe & a double bed. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and dishes, glasses, pots, kettle, coffee maker. u. V. M. equipped. The apartment has a separate entrance and parking. The garden and terrace can be shared.

Uns wurde eine früheste "Check-in"-Zeit gegeben, aber ohne zu sagen, dass wir möglichst zu dieser Zeit ankommen sollten, also beeilten wir uns nicht. Später rief uns eine irritierte Dame an und sagte, dass Oma seit Stunden vor Ort auf uns wartet, wann kommen wir endlich?
Wir haben uns bei der Oma wg. d. Missverst. entschuldigt, Sie war sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Ab dann lief alles OK.

die Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bereitstellung von Wäsche und Handtüchern großzügig, man konnte sich bei Bedarf bedienen. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und komfortabel, die Betten bequem. Die Lage des Hauses am Elbhang war für unsere Reiseplanung perfekt. Wir haben uns während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Ferienwohnung entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen: ruhige Lage, sauber und prima ausgestattet. Wir konnten alle geplanten Reiseziele einfach erreichen dank der günstigen Lage und würden die Wohnung ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.
