Great staff, attentive & receptive to any requests or questions.
Spa was a bit underwhelming, felt like it needed some natural light in there somewhere but still a nice space nonetheless. Minibar prices weren’t very clear. And the lift is unfathomably slow.

Though May be true we were forced to book one extra room for our kid as the checkin with kid was now allowed.
Obviously we had confirmed the same before arriving at property, still, on check desk itself we had to book one extra room so that we could stay.
Hot Water supply in shower was shut at 10 am !!
I am shocked tbh.
