PREMIER SUITES PLUS Glasgow Bath Street

The space was amazing, and it was lovely to have 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was nothing missed in what was provided. It was also easy to walk everywhere.

It was noisy at times, but it didn't bother us. It might disturb some people, but it certainly didn't go on all night.

Nice and spacious and a great location.

I loved the underfloor heating, the decor, the space, the comfy bed and couch, good storage, nice sized fridge, privacy, the particular area of Glasgow was nice, it was lovely that coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, salt and biscuits was left as well as things like cleaning materials. The place in general was very clean aside from the windows which were difficult to see through, but that appears to be due to building works going on down the road. I liked that customer service were quick to email back to any questions I had. It was a very nice modern apartment with a Scandi feel to it.

We couldn’t work out how to change the heating temperature, this was okay on the first two days as it was cold outside, the thermostat was set to 28-29 degrees and we opened the windows to cool the room down. Each day we tried twisting the dial as per instructions to 22 however it didn’t change the temperature and on the last day the temperature went up to over 30 and it wasn’t comfortable and it was sunny outside so the temperature was intense. As it was the last day and we were checking out, I didn’t email but I think a service person needs to check that out in room 206. The batteries in the remote control are about to go, you need to stand right beside the tv and press a few times. There is no frying pan, I like to have an omelette for breakfast. For my husband who’s tall and not so slim, the bath was too narrow, however for me, it was grand. We paid for a late check out at 1pm, however at noon, I received an update that my key had been switched off. If we’d gone out that morning to the shop or something else, we would have been locked out of the apartment on our return, the key should be active until 1pm.

It was very clean and strange layout but warm and comfortable

The key entry is a nightmare because it’s only on one phone as my husband is a smoker he had to go outside but didn’t have a key as it was my phone ? Also registration was awkward I put me and my husband’s details passport etc but also our friends details where wanted too can’t get my head around that so I won’t be booking this place again a lot easier places and just as nice in Glasgow to go too Also Don’t how long I Have to wait for my £250 deposit to be returned
