Доброзичливий та уважний персонал, аутоінтична атмосфера в італійських національних традиціях: інтер'єр, екстер'єр, їжа. На терасі в глибині подвір'я відчуваєш себе як на стародавній італійській віллі. Сніданки поживні, нереально смачна випічка та кава.
Не досконале прибирання номерів. Але санвузол чистий.

Staff gentile simpatico e molto disponibile.
Camera piccola ma pulita e disponibile di qualsiasi cosa.
Frigo piano cottura.
Molto comodo per andare a piedi in centro a Sirolo.
Che dire noi siamo stati bene.

Posizione strategica di raggiunge Sirolo a piedi e le spiagge oppure con bus navetta
Stanza vecchia buia umida con arredamento soffocante piena di tavolini sedie quadri … la pulizia fatta una volta alla settimana ma bisogna chiedere. Per colazione una brioche,focaccia, e la scelta di una torta con bevanda calda, abbiamo saputo l’ultimo giorno che si poteva richiedere anche uno yogurt, non l’avevano detto!
Nelle aree comuni disordine inverosimile scatolette di cibo per gatti lasciate per giorni.
