No breakfast. Was self serve. the room was spacious and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable. I all was homey, and the young man providing information and support was most helpful.
The only things that were small downsides were that the bathroom (lovely shower!) was shared by three room, so on occasion it busy when I planned to use it, and the shower was over a bath which became extremely slippery with the shower running -- a rubber mat or something like that would help. For longer term stays I learned that the kitchen and dining room are available, but I found that out only by accident. Also, I wasn't sure about the television controls. It would be really helpful to have a written guide about the facilities for longer term guests. ,

The hosts was amazingly welcome when we arrived. Even though it was 11pm at night. He showed us around and told us we could use anything in the house and gave us bottles of water. He was very friendly and reassuring. On our second night the lady who also is the host asked if we was happy enough in our original room which we was however was more than happy to relocate to the upper floor. Everything was amazing and comfortable. Recommend this house and I will stay again when visiting London next time. Acton main line was roughly a 5 minute walk and was very was to get to places. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The owner was super nice & helpful. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighberhood 10 mins walk from Acton Main Line station.
