The location was great- right in Carouge for bars and restaurants and a tram right outside the hotel to travel to the centre. Breakfast was plentiful and healthy- the pancake making machine was a bonus. Staff were all lovely, the room was good and a great shower.
Being picky as generally loved the hotel- It was hot when we were there and the aircon wasn't great overnight, sitting at around 22 which got stuffy. No tea making facility in the room (which we should have realised in advance from the descriptions but noting for peoples info).

Everything was great. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
More hangers in the room but I am sure I could have got more if I had asked as other requests I made were fulfilled.
The trams were regular - it was a bit far from where my meetings were held but all the other hotels were v expensive in the week I was staying.

I always like a coffee machine in my room and the Comfort room provided this. The staff are hugely welcoming, cheery and helpful. This is why I returned.
A small thing but whenI stayed the first time in the standard room I found the pillows high and uncomfortable but those in the Comfort room seemed much better this stay. I like low pillows and this is why it's good maybe to offer guests one low and one high in rooms.
