Could not fault the property very clean very tidy very impressive but had loads of trouble trying to pay £150 deposit for the company that collected deposits after you booked it with Booking.com after an hour and a half and about 10 phone calls they eventually allowed you to do it on bank transfer, which would’ve been much easier in the first place rather than fill a 500 word essay to prove who you are so you could pay the £150 but apart from that it was a lovely stay

We book this apartment because it suits our needs.
We are usually satisfied with the apartments we book but on this occasion we were a little disappointed. Firstly, we had a piece of glass left on the kitchen window sill, the en-suite bathroom looked, in parts, like it was in the process of being refurbished and the television still doesn’t work. It never has. Luckily, we don’t need it so much.
There used to be kitchen roll in the kitchen and handwash in the bathrooms and kitchen - unfortunately this is no longer the case. These little ‘touches’ make all the difference when staying away from home. Sorry, I wish I could be more positive.
