About this house rental
This charming south facing provencal villa overlooks a beautiful 12 m pool, with stunning long distance views (massif des Maures). Located in a private domain, it is absolutely quite and secure.
Direct access from the house to the large terrace and pergola around the pool and to the playground area (pétanque, swing set, ping-pong), all on the same level: ideal for relaxation and a comfortable base where to stay, both with or without children.
A nice road through vineyards leads to RN7 in 5 minutes, thus offering an easy access to the region's many attractions and beaches.
A haven of peace and tranquillity, with stupendous night skies, from where to watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of the regions renowned rose wine..
Fast access to the region's many attractions: Saint Andréol Golf, Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Frejus and Saint Raphael, Cannes, Gorges du Verdon , ... Main Shops very close (5 minutes by car).

Lovely property in a gated but rural setting. Excellent external areas and one of the largest pools we have had for a single property.Communication with Nicholas was excellent from booking originally right through to during the stay itself.

Lovely property inside and out. Great pool with beautiful views of the hills.
Living space all on one floor so great for accessibility.
Quiet private domain but close to A8 and access to Cote D’Azur.
Handy having a HyperU 5 mins away.

We have used the wonderfully furnished and extensively equipped vacation home with two families. Our children had great fun at the pool and the boules court. The house is somewhat secluded in the mountains of Les Arcs with a breathtaking view of Provence. You definitely need a car, otherwise there are several beautiful walks from the house.
Nicolas is an excellent and uncomplicated host and was always easy for us to reach.
We had a wonderful two weeks in this house.

The property is approached down a drive at the bottom of which you will find the rear of the property. On going through the gate onto the terrace you are met with a spectacular view of the wooded mountains. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has good quality equipment, including a gas bbq which we have now decided to buy ourselves! The pool is beautiful the table under the pergola is nicely shaded for lunch and the play area was very successful with the children
We had a very relaxing stay and would be very tempted to stay again
