Nice, clean and spacious apartment in the beautiful area of Lignano. About 12 min by foot from the sea, 5 min by foot from the restaurants and a grocery store. There’s a swimming pool in the area. Two big terraces. But the air conditioner is located on the upper floor of the apartment only.

Great accommodation, very clean, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access to the pool was great as well and the water was very pleasant. Kids pool available as well. Overall it was very pleasant stay.
There could be sunbeds at the pool but that's pretty much all.

Very helpful and friendly staff, one parking lot for each apartment (all parking lots are covered).
Our apartment was quite comfortable, had enough space, and was pretty well equipped (dishes, microwave, geyser coffee maker, blankets, hairdryer).
The lack of soundproofing. During our stay we heard pretty much everything other visitors were doing.
