Dupa rezervarea pe booking , am primit un mesaj ca trebuie sa platesc contravaloarea in contul unei alte Agentii numite Travando , si insista sa platesc cat mai repede asta ridicand suspiciuni. Dupa plata primesc un mesaj de confirmare a platii si ca trebuie sa iau legatura cu Proprietarul , eu crezând ca ei sunt proprietarii , dar am realizat ca Proprietarul era abia a 3-a persoana.. , am cerut date cum iau legatura cu proprietarul si nu am mai primit nici un raspuns . Intr-un final am mers la adresa si am sunat la ușă. Proprietarii foarte amabili, si de acolo ne-am descurcat mai simplu.
Recomand proprietarilor sa scape de a 2-a agentie si sa treaca direct la Booking , asa nu mai platesc in plus comisioane catre o a 2-a agentie care e inutila si raman si cu bani in plus .
