Located 6 min from the center of Palm Springs and Regional Hospital, this designer owned and fully renovated condo with private garden and mountain view. 1 bed. 1 bath condo exemplifies the desert experience with palm trees and desert garden in an outdoor dining backdroped mountain view.. In the Sunrise Palms community, the pool and hot tub are just steps away. Very nice tennis and pickleball courts and an interior park for quiet walks . One furry bestie allowed only...up to 30 lbs. Pic of pet is required for approval.
For fitness buffs three gyms are close at hand and one is just blocks away. Vintage shopping and restaurants are just 5- 8 minutes down the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lengthy stay. The condo was very tastefully and comfortably appointed inside and out, serenely quiet and immaculately clean. Only a few steps away, the pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained and easily accessible. The tennis courts were great, too and the condo property is beautiful, very secure, with very walkable surroundings and amazing views of the mountains. The neighbors are very friendly and delightful. David, the owner, was most welcoming and really went out of his way to make sure we were well situated and attended to a few maintenance needs immediately and thoroughly without being intrusive or disruptive to our schedules or routine. He is a terrific landlord and a generously very gracious host.

When we arrived in the unit and looked through the cupboards , it was very disconcerting when we found a loaded rat trap under the kitchen sink with some rat droppings. We live in Alberta which is a rat free province. Also, when we took the sheets off the bed to wash them, I found that the mattress cover had a couple huge body stains. We found that very disturbing because the cover did no look clean.
The unit is situated in the Sunrise Palms gated communities. The area is well maintained and groomed. It is a very nice looking scene with 8 swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Only a few of the pools were heated in January but that was acceptable.
The owners are trying to update the unit with newer laminate flooring and 2 brand new patio doors.
