About this villa rental
Lovely beachfront twin villas, superbly located just steps away from the picturesque Avlaki beach, the most beautiful place to swim in Corfu.
These are available together. Each villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is situated in a large, enclosed garden with private pool 10X5 meters and fantastic sea views over to the Avlaki headland and Albanian coastline.
Upon entering each villa is an open plan kitchen and comfortable living room with terrace doors leading onto a covered outside dining area, all overlooking the pool and sea beyond. To the rear are one twin bedroom and bathroom and a balcony with peaceful garden view. A further two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with shaded balconies and bathroom are located on the second floor.
The villas are fully air conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Ping-Pong table, basketball hoop and outside barbecue area, making them the ideal choice for families.
This is a perfect location for those who enjoy the freedom of stepping outside the villa gates to find the beautiful beach and excellent tavernas, windsurfing, boat hire and horse riding, all at their doorstep.
Cleaning of the house and changes of sheets and towels, is every three days. There is the possibility of cooking service (chef), boat rental etc.
Avlaki is not particularly known among tourists, although it is a lovely pebbly beach with crystal clear water and it is awarded with the "Blue Flag", for its cleanness.
Avlaki is a quiet beach, an ideal tourist destination for families. It is a very quiet beach, even in during the months of July and August. Situated between the village of Agios Stephanos to the south and the bigger livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most of Corfu’s visitors.
The beach has sunbeds and few taverns with delicious local food. In the afternoon, a northern sea breeze enters the beach, swipping the heat away from it. The beach promises a lot of scope for water sports, such as sailing and canoeing. Boats are also available for hire. Small cruise boats will take you to the nearby bays. Avlaki is flat and there are no steps or rocks.
Avlaki is a tranquil destination ideal for those looking for a quiet, unspoilt location with good beach and swimming.

Absolutely perfect holiday spent with our whole family in this beautiful villa right on Avlaki beach. The location was second to none, straight out of the gate and into the beautiful sea, 20 minute walk into Kassiopi or 6 minute drive. Villa was so spacious and had everything we needed when cooking in, outside area and pool were incredible - our host Lisa was superb helping with any questions we had regarding restaurants etc ….. taverna next door was absolutely fabulous too! There was only one problem, the WiFi wasn’t good at all, my husband needed to work from home a few days and connection was very poor, definitely needs updating to a quicker network. We cannot wait to return!

Just returned from a wonderful week here. The location is perfect. Under a minute from bed to sea! Nicely private garden and pool area and next to the delicious Cavo Barbaro ( who were happy to do takeaways). Perfect having separate houses as teenagers could be more independent.
The kitchen (s) are very small so preparing food for 10 is quite challenging, but the bbq worked well and we bought chips and salad from Cavo Barbaro next door. WI-FI a bit erratic but didn’t matter too much. Easy to hire a boat and paddle boards on the beach and the sea is crystal clear and very calm in the mornings.
Highly recommend this lovely house for a happy holiday.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this property! our host Lisa was exceptional, she suggested a family day to Corfu town by boat from the nearby Kassiopi which was a huge success. she also was on hand for anything and everything we asked of her. I would highly recommend this property and cannot thank the lovely Lisa for all her help while staying there. The taverna next door was an excellent choice for us as a family and of course the beach just yards from the gate. This holiday from start to finish was full of happy family memories. Thank you LIsa

I rented this property for 3 weeks in order to have time with various family members and friends while I celebrated turning 65. The Villa did not disappoint and I had a fantastic time with all of my friends and family. It’s hard explain how wonderful my time in Avlaki Beach was, but let's start with Lisa Francis, concierge extraordinaire.
Lisa facilitated the arrivals and departures of my guests efficiently via taxis and mini-buses. Additionally she managed the cleaning staff with ease ensuring all of the rooms were ready despite my guests’ crazy departures and arrivals. In addition, her recommendation for a chef to cater my birthday celebration resulted in a wonderful family dinner for all. Her dining recommendations for local restaurants made everyone happy.
The location of the Villa could not have been more perfect, nestled between two wonderful restaurants and so close to Kassiopi and San Stefano made dining options plentiful. Sitting on one of the many porches, looking out at the pool and beyond to the Ionian Sea created the perfect relaxing setting. It was wonderful to arrive and see that the pictures presented of the Villa were true to life. The cleaning crew worked efficiently and did a great job. Babis, the jack of all trades seemed to always have a smile on his face, even when checking on things in the pouring rain. I highly recommend Avlaki Beachfront Villas to anyone wanting to have an enjoyable base in Corfu.
