Fabulous location. Large comfy room with a kettle to boil hot water.
Bathroom was shared and up a flight of stairs. No breakfast (understandable for the price).

Make no mistake this is a single bedroom in a residential property in a residential neighborhood. It is not a bed and breakfast and is really not set up for it. There is no invitation, direct or otherwise to make use of the kitchen facilities on the bathroom level. The bedroom is just that - there is no water or bathroom in the room. There is one shared bathroom with one or two other guests so you have to be aware of their schedule as well. It is located 1 1/2 flights of stairs up so If you are disabled it is not convenient or perhaps even possible to use this facility. Access to the house from the street is up some very uneven rocks stairs and would be precarious for somebody with a walking disability. The room is fine - it was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. It had a large window offering a partial view of the ocean. But do not be mistaken as I was by the adversement. It is not a resort but simply a bedroom in somebody's private residence. Oh - and you MUST take off your shoes when you enter, above any other consideration.
