The rooms were very comfortable and very clean and extremely well appointed. It was in a quiet suburban location. Our host was extremely friendly and invited us for a cup of tea when we arrived.
From the title, the property is described as BNB - standing for Bed & Breakfast. However, no breakfast was provided. I think the idea was that you could bring your own breakfast ingredients and make use of the host's kitchen, however, this looks to be quite a misrepresentation, which will undoubtedly cause disappointment, not just for my group. We knew we were going to be sharing a bathroom, however, the fact that it is upstairs from the bedrooms was a slight disappointment.

Very clean, quiet and well.maintained. it was exactly as described. It was a little uncomfortable having to go upstairs to the toilet, but we were aware of this when booking.
